Each year a new Emergency Card needs to be filled out for the next school year. Please review the Emergency Card to ensure all information is complete and accurate. If correct, please sign the card and return to your child’s teacher. If the information is incorrect, make changes, sign the card and return to your child’s teacher no later than Wednesday, May 22nd.
It has certainly been a wonderful year at Charlestown! Please join us as we thank all of you for your time and dedication to all of our children. The Charlestown PTO offers many opportunities of every shape and size to show your support for our community. Whether you attended center time, volunteered at a classroom party, attended a field trip, or chaired an event, you were an important piece of the puzzle that makes this elementary school experience unique to our children. If your schedule allows, please attend our end of year gathering.
