Welcome to 6th Grade Math! Get ready for a challenging, exciting year! We will work mostly from the lessons in our Prentice Hall textbook. There will be homework assigned most nights.
There will also be enrichment packets provided for students who with to try them. These are provided to challenge you! When you have the opportunity, try these activities to give your brain a stretch. If you need an extra brain stretch, come see me and I will find more!
Math Supplies to bring to class:
- Pencils
- A place for your papers - This could be an extra binder, a section of your homeroom binder, or a folder. I have extra dividers and folders if you need them.
- A whiteboard - I have some, but you are welcome to bring your own.
- Whiteboard Markers - please bring at least one.
- Extra paper, lined or graph. I have some, but you are always welcome to bring your own.
- Your textbook - I will give it to you.
- Math Packets with homework assignments - we will review homework at the start of class each day.

2. Your Username is your last name in all lowercase letters. If you have the same last name as someone in this class, your username is your last name followed by your first initial. So if your name was Joe Smith, your username would be either smith or smithj.
3. Your Password is success1. Use all lowercase letters.
